GOAL 2: Create active learners who hold excellence as a standard and continuously think critically and strive for excellence in lifelong learning.

Strategies for Attainment:

1. Engage learners with technology in learning environments that support learner excellence. 
2. Ensure that students meet the Initial-Level or Advanced-Level Performance of Standard 6 in the KY Teacher Standards by:
1. Requiring that students use technology to complete assignments
2. Utilizing alternative assessments that incorporate technology
3. Submission of an electronic portfolio using LiveText (if applicable to program)
